Fresh-cooked radiatore (radiator-shaped) pasta with a mildly spicy vodka sauce. The vodka gives the sauce a nice, sharp bite.

Pasta con Ricotta

Bow-tie pasta laced with fresh ricotta cheese and cream sauce. An old world favorite.

Spinach Stuffed Gnocchi Alfredo

Macaroni Carina

Curly tubed macaroni pasta, strips of sauteed chicken, peas, mushrooms and broccoli, served in a rich pink tomato sauce.

Chicken Ravioli San Remo

Stuffed chicken ravioli sauteed in a light wine-flavored sauce, with sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms.

Cavatappi & Chicken with Pesto Sauce

Curly, tubed pasta sauteed in a basil pesto with mushrooms.

Chicken Marsala

Plump, boneless breast of chicken sauteed with mushrooms in a delicately spiced wine sauce, served with a side of pasta.

Prepared in the same fashion as our famous Sicilian style grilled shrimp.
